*OVERVIEW** Kiwi Collection is currently looking to add a Customer Service and Reservations agent to our team. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills. This position will be mainly home-based and will be required to work mostly PM shifts from 3:30pm to 12:00am. *RESPONSIBILITIES** · Handle incoming calls and e-mails. · Provide exceptional customer service with a primary focus on the success of our clients experience Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. · Takes ownership over client inquires, can work independently to achieve needed results · Act as a support agent to other Concierge offices worldwide · Provide clients with product and service information · Manages all requests that come in during a shift and follows up when required · Troubleshoot and resolve incoming issues/complaints · Supportive of marketing initiatives, campaigns and featured properties · Respectful of all current and future hotel relationships · Quality assure all incoming reservations and communicate any special requests to hotels Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits Extended health carePaid time offWork from home Experience Luxury Hotel Reservations: 2 years (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V6C 1S4
