Helpdesk Support L2 Kilkenny, Hybrid €35-45K depending on experience MPG Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established company based in Kilkenny who are looking to add an experienced Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to their team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will act as the escalation point for junior analysts, taking ownership of technical issues through to resolution while maintaining excellent relationships with a diverse client base.
